Crimson Capital has a commitment to South Africa and the development of our people. We have therefore committed that at least 15% of our net earnings generated will be utilised for skills development and other CSI initiatives. This commitment will be in addition to initiatives implemented at an investee company level.

produced components for the industrial and automotive industry together with job creation, up-skilling and training of people (employees and learners) to support families communities .

BUSINESS GOALS
Strategic alignment of goals between Crimson Capital and future
investee companies are of extreme importance, and these will be used to encourage teamwork and assist in the growth of investee companies. Through our future investments, we therefore intend to align a large part of our business goals to the revised Automotive Procurement and Development Programme (APDP).
